There shipping charges differs $10.00 from one day to the next. Way overpriced. I had to wait one more day to arrive so I can reduce my shipping fee. No way it costs $10.00 more if you bump it up one day. Never order again from them.

Purchased 5 items to be delivered on GF's birthday. One item arrived the day before, blowing the surprise, three arrived the day of, and one never arrived. All deliveries (even flowers) came unassembled in brown UPS packages with the rest of their mail. Called to talk to supervisor, was put on hold for half an hour, then hung up on. Will NEVER use this service again.

Anytime I am in need of flowers for an occasion, I use 1-800-Flowers! The main reason that I use this company is because they have the most unique arrangements that I have ever seen. They have things I would never expect to see from a flower company and these always make the best gifts. My friends are so surprised when they see the beautiful and unique arrangements come to them on their birthday! The flowers also last longer than ones that I have bought from other companies. The company always makes sure we have an understanding on how to take care of the flowers so they can reach their maximum potential. Very beautiful flowers!!
