I have had nothing but bad experiences with AT&T. They have frequently messed up multiple bills of mine and their customer service isn't anything great either. I can honestly say that every time i get off the phone with AT&T i am very displeased. I would not recommend AT&T to anyone.
Terrible

I used to have Cingular before it became AT&T and the service was great. NOW it is terrible. They should switch their slogan to "More dropped calls in more places". I switched from T-Mobile because the coverage area was bad but when I had a signal they rarely dropped my call. Now that I have AT&T and I have a great coverage area but almost never go a day without a dropped call. It is so bad that I can have full reception and be talking to someone on a land line and still AT&T will drop the call. I have had a many as 10 plus dropped calls in ONE DAY. Do not get sold on their size or the iphone.
Better then the rest

I have had verizon, t-mobile, and At&t. Verizon has great customer service, but I never had reception, which is why I left them. T-mobile, everything was horrible. They would screw up my bill and charge me more, and then did not want to give me a credit. The just gave me minutes that i did not need. There reception was also really bad. I love At&t. I have had a few phone problems with them, but they try to work with you to fix it. The reception is amazing, and I never lose a call. I give AT&T 8.5/10, which is better then anyone else.
