AllCoolMusic touts that they have the largest selection of online music downloads, DVD’s, videos and TV shows with the highest quality formats. Even though the site makes no mention of games up-front - they do have games available for download. AllCoolMusic is a no-frills, simple music downloads website. However, the navigation is effortless, with tabs to download music now, search online music, login and so on. The site does not have a true music community where you can share music or stations created by the user which would ad value to the member user-base. Additionally, once you sign in as a free member you are sent to a site that is totally software centric named Muscinc.cc? Stars Reviews finds it odd that they actually have pop-ups for a competitor- the MusicMatch service. Why does AllCoolMusic claim to be SO COOL?

Customer service is very simple offering a form for comments. The FAQ sheet is also very simple but should get you started. You can also email them or FAX them – NO 1-800 numbers here. When you sign out of the site, a live chat window pops up asking you if you'd like to speak to a representative, which we felt should have been offered before we were ready to make our exit.

Member Benefits:

AllCoolMusic offers several benefits to their members, including CD/DVD burning software, Music Player and Popup Blockers. Offers change depending on their special promotions.

Technical Support:

They offer support via email and online FAQ's. They also have an online technical support tool to communicate with their Technical Support team.

Upside:

AllCoolMusic has technology that provides the ability to download music and all types of entertainment. They also provide great links to support software and tools to assist you in managing and burning/ripping CD's and DVD's. After you pay for your membership - they claim all of your downloads are 100% legal. NO Spyware or Adware. PLEASE SEE LEGAL DETAILS.

Downside:

AllCoolMusic’s website is bright and attractive, but lacks the features and functions their competitors offer in their music download services. It appears as if they created an automatically generated site just for uploading content files for download. A better community area is in order! Hopefully they will develop that in the coming year.

Summary:

We think that AllCoolMusic is a decent choice when you compare music download services. We admit, we thought they were a little bit gimmicky when we first landed on their website, as they claim to be compatible with all iPods, MP3 players and CD players. But, we researched on and found their service to be a solid one. Though they don't offer as many songs or video-related functions as some of the bigger names out there, their pricing is low and it's easy to search for tunes here. We would have liked to see more features and community-oriented functions, but we applaud them on what they DO offer-music files.
