You can also utilize the GEICO website through the mobile access feature, a huge perk for some. While rates may be a bit higher here, their stellar customer support all but makes up for the fact. Telephone and email customer support were both friendly and efficient. We give the gecko 5.0 Stars!

Performing an 'apples to apples' comparison on Allstate and their competitors' websites, Allstate came in with the lowest online quote, at $240. Their customer support is great here, as we submitted an online request form and a friendly, informative rep called us back same-day! How impressive. We feel they should receive 4.5 Stars!

Star Reviews never likes feeling like our information has been 'sold' and although NetQuote is a big name and hence, can be trusted, we still felt like we'd be solicited after completing our auto insurance quote form. We were emailed with a bunch of possible quotes we could go with and their providers' contact info (plus a promise they'd be in touch with us.) We would have liked to be able to select which quotes we were interested in, instead of feeling bombarded with countless providers. In way of customer support, NetQuote has email support (which is pretty speedy) and a comprehensive FAQs. They deserve 3.5 Stars!
