The website provides a variety of consumer credit counseling resources for debt control and money management, including helpful articles, user blogs, and advice from CareOne’s “Debt Diva.” A video clip of CareOne’s “Debt Diva” helps to acquaint users with the goals and operations of the company. All of these things contribute to a very informative and user-friendly experience on CareOne’s website.

We were impressed by the wide range of services offered by the company, including bill consolidation plans, member discounts, and money-saving tips and advice. We felt that CareOne's approach encompasses a well-rounded offering of financial management solutions, helping the consumer get out of debt and stay out of debt.

Unlike many of the questionable "debt consolidation" services on the Web, CareOne has not been met with criticism by the media. To the contrary, the CareOne homepage informed us that the site has been promoted by a number of different news publications and programs, including CNBC, Time, Fox News, Lifetime, Forbes, and Yahoo!.

CareOne’s customer support team is top notch, and is definitely in line with the website’s theme of helpfulness and service. If you run into problems during your CareOne experience, there is a huge FAQ database to reference.

If the Help Center's FAQ section doesn’t answer your question, you can submit an e-mail support form or call CareOne’s toll-free help line any time between the hours of 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Another service available, which we thought was extraordinary, was the option to have a credit specialist call you. You simply enter your telephone number and specify whether you’d like to be contacted immediately, or in one, three, or five minutes.

Each and every service method we tested proved to be fast, efficient and very helpful. The reps are really very informative and courteous. In today's declining customer service culture, CareOne was a breath of fresh air.

Best Company Ever!

I have been a customer for Careone for the past 6 months. They are very good with communications about payments and they are very good about the payments as well. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their debt relief!

I was in a pretty bad situation and the two people I worked with at careone helped a lot. They really helped me understand what was going on. I wasnt to proud to be in that situation and hopefully that will be the last time.

Read the Fine Print

We get many comments on vendors that are emailed to us instead of posted online. I can tell you that they do a tough job, negotiating your debt, and they seem to do a good job of it. I don't feel comfortable blaming them because someone didn't want to read the fine print.
