We really must say that our favorite feature must be the patriotic theme of the Clubs of America website. Pizza, cigars, beer – you name it, Clubs of America offers it. If you're looking for something that defines American tastes at their best, Clubs of America is it.

The Clubs of America Experience:

The Clubs of America company was founded in 1994, and is now the country’s largest and oldest retailer of Club of the Month services. The website not only offers food and beverage products, but also includes items such as cigars and flowers with a promise of top-notch customer service.

When we entered the Clubs of America website, we were quite pleased by the use of the bright, patriotic colors of red, white, and blue. We thought that the graphics could be modernized a bit, but liked the fact that we were immediately presented with the main features of the service and could easily find the information we were looking for.

Clubs of America’s product selection consists of the top 8 American Of the Month items, which include beer, pizza, and fruit. While most of the other websites we visited focused on providing gourmet foods, Clubs of America centers its month club packages around all-American themes. We were quite pleased at this unique approach to monthly gift giving subscriptions.

We also liked the fact that Clubs of America goes to great lengths to provide customers with club information. Each Club of the Month has its own exclusive FAQ detailing how that particular product is packaged and delivered. We thought this was a great way to approach Club of the Month services, as many customers are concerned with what transit can do to the freshness and safety of their foods.

Clubs of America Customer Service:

Clubs of America has a list of Frequently Asked Questions for each product featured on the site. It also provides an e-mail support form and toll-free customer service line open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, with a separate phone number provided for international callers. When we called the company we were put on hold for about two minutes. We were then connected with a friendly and helpful rep who helped us understand how the clubs worked why they would make a great gift for others, or even for ourselves. Email support was just as helpful, with a response being received the same business day. Overall, we have to say Clubs of America is definitely on the ball when it comes to quality service.

Upside:

Based on American favorites, reasonable prices, cash card included with purchase.

Downside:

No live customer support available on weekends or outside of normal business hours.

Clubs of America brings to you Gift of the Month Clubs that bring the finest, freshest American micro-brewed beers, exotic wines of the world, fragrant, fresh-cut flowers and many more every month. There are clubs like Beer Club, Wine Club, Flower Club, Cigar Club, Fruit Club, Coffee Club, Chocolate Club, Pizza Club etc. You can also find $25 discount on the 12 Month membership. There are not many clubs on offer, just a few selected ones only. Try for yourself or your loved ones this month.
