Great for basic mass marketing communications

I used Constant Contact regularly at a previous employer for newletters and announcements, and it was an extremely easy way to make quick contact with clients and get your message across.
Constant Contact is very simple to use, and allows the user to dictate just how basic or in depth they want their communication piece to be. There is a large number of templates available for use through their website, that allows the user to simply copy and paste text and upload images into boxes within the template. Putting together an e-mail announcement or invitation can take as little as 5 minutes by using these templates.
Contact management in constant contact is excellent. You have full control over your database, and Constant Contact will track how many bounce backs/undeliverables/etc. there are when sending out e-mails to a large list. You can even do an anti-spam test before sending your e-mail to ensure that your message is getting across to the maximum number of recipient possible.
Overall, I would highly recommend Constant Contact to any company that doesn't necessarily need fancy, in-house, original design for their e-mail communications. If a good selection of templates is enough, then Constant Contact is a well-priced way to maintain professional looking marketing communications.
