CuraDebt has been in business for over 10 years, so it has a lot of experience in dealing with both consumer and commercial debt. We felt them to be a very well-rounded debt management company, complete with a mission, vision statement, and list of company values which include honesty, love and integrity. - Qualified support team including lawyers, financial advisors, lenders, credit arbitration experts, and psychologists.
- Personalized debt relief plan based on your creditors, specific situation, and the time frame at hand.
We liked the overall look of CuraDebt’s website, though we felt that the links were a bit circular. We noticed that many of the pages just seemed to continuously lead back to one another, making website browsing a bit confusing. This problem could be remedied by eliminating the gratuitous use of links within the site content. Although there is not a great deal of content on the website, CuraDebt does provide a number of valuable services, and has an extensive customer service team to help with problems and questions. The lists of customer testimonials all report that CuraDebt is a friendly, helpful service, and from reviewing their website, we’d have to say that we agree. CuraDebt earns 5.0 Stars!

We love the fact that Delray Credit Counseling is a nonprofit organization and is a member of several prominent credit associations, including the National Association of Certified Credit Counselors and the American Association of Debt Management Organizations. Delray Credit Counseling’s general attitude and philosophy makes it a trusted source of information and assistance in debt management. - A wealth of helpful debt, credit and financial information.

An advantage in using Delray Credit Counseling’s services is that you are able to utilize a number of referral resources through connection to the site. Delray Credit Counseling provides its customers with information on organizations such as the Division of Consumer Services and the Department of Financial Services. It also provides assistance to charities such as Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse and the American Red cross. Delray Credit Counseling does not include a help section on its website, or any type of phone support on the weekends. However, the advantages of the website greatly outweigh its disadvantages. The networks of social and financial support available through DCC’s services are invaluable and provide customers with personalized debt management advice. Delray Credit Counseling is an excellent option for any individual looking for online debt consolidation and counseling. They have earned 5.0 Stars!

After browsing Debt Consolidation Connection’s website, it was difficult for us to feel confident in the company’s services. The website encourages users to immediately sign up a free debt consultation and to provide private financial information. But these requests are also a bit presumptuous, considering the fact that there is little information given to customers about the company’s services, fees, and policies. - Simplify debt by consolidating bills to one monthly payment.
- Lower credit payments up to 50%.
We liked that all of the site's links could be accessed easily through the site menus, but noticed a lack of information regarding general money management and debt resolution tips. There were few financial management resources listed on the site, and the Free Money Tips section included only a short page of general information. The Debt Consolidation Connections website could be improved by listing additional resources for individuals suffering financial hardships. Debt Consolidation Connection may very helpful in offering debt services and consultations once you sign up for their services. However, we would like to see the website expanded to include more features such as community forums, member discounts, and customized plans. This website needs a bit more work to make it more appealing to the public, but still may be the answer for some individuals. Debt Consolidation Connection earns 4.5 Stars!

While Credit Solutions has the most amount of experience in debt resolution of all the existing online debt relief agencies, we are not completely sold on their services. We do feel confident that the Credit Solutions team can consolidate debt and reduce monthly payment, and were impressed by the website atmosphere and design. However, the website simply does not offer enough information to know what you are getting into with Credit Solutions. - Get out of debt in as little as 12 - 36 months.
- No required credit checks.
We feel that the Credit Solutions website could be improved by including a more comprehensive FAQ section. It would also be helpful if an e-mail support service was available 24/7 to answer questions about the website and it wouldn't hurt to expand the money management resource section of the website to include money-saving tips, debt prevention, and some form of community support systems. On a positive note, we were pleased by the fact that Credit Solutions offers a 24/7 customer service line and that the website is formatted well. Credit Solutions may indeed be a good choice for a debt consolidation company, but you the website doesn't offer enough information for us to make an informed decision and customer service can't comment on pricing. StarReviews gives Credit Solutions 4.0 Stars!

DebtConsolidation.com is staffed by a qualified and knowledgeable team of lawyers, and is able to connect you to a network of legal professionals providing free confidential debt consultations. We like the fact that the website offers 24/7 toll-free phone support in English as well as Spanish and features an easy-to-access debt consultation form on its website homepage. - No home ownership or credit checks required.

That being said, the site layout is not designed for an optimal browsing experience. The small frames and cramped tables make it difficult to find what you are looking for, and the “resources” listed in the More Categories section do not lead to any functioning websites. We could also not find a help section, a list of frequently asked questions, or an information page regarding the company philosophy. Overall, it is difficult for us to endorse DebtConsolidation.com as a credible debt management website. While it is possible that the company does take care of its clients, there is no evidence on the website to support that claim. There are also a lack of resources regarding customer questions and assistance. It may be a good idea to try a more established company before utilizing the services at DebtConsolidation.com. StarReviews gives them 4.0 Stars!
