We really like the fact that DreamTemplate.com offers membership for a one-time fee rather than charging for each template purchased. It gives customers a lot more bang for their buck.

When you enter the DreamTemplate website the music may be annoying and the pages may load a bit slow, but if you can get past that you'll find a wide selection of attractive templates displayed in an easy-to-navigate manner.

DreamTemplate.com offers more than 300 website templates available for download. To see an enlarged version of the template that interests you, simply click on the icon and you're good to go.

We really liked to see the member ratings for each of the templates on the site. This feature is definitely helpful and gives customers an idea of what other members experienced with a particular design.

Although DreamTemplate states that their products are designed for web developers and webmasters, a novice web designer or a business owner looking to browse the site would certainly enjoy the selections. If you're looking for an all-inclusive template membership, this is probably one of your best bets.

DreamTemplate’s Customer Service:

DreamTemplate offers superior customer service. They have an informative FAQ section addressing the major questions most customers would run into. There is also an excellent support page with e-mail addresses for each department and a toll-free fax number. Email support was very prompt, getting back to us within hours of our request. We'd have liked to see live phone support. That's the only thing missing from DreamTemplate's customer service department.

Upside:

All-inclusive pricing, compatible with multiple file formats, thousands of website templates to choose from.

Downside:

No phone support.

It's not true that the team support is very prompt! I've sent 4 messages during these past 6 days (and I've paid the yearly membership), and no one has replied. I'm not in the States, so not able to use toll free phone. If you are happy to paid for templates but no support from tech team at all, pay the membership.. but some flash templates can be complicated to change some features, and apparently, if your question is not related to billing and payment info, you won't be lucky!

Only Yearly Payment was depressing

DreamTemplate had some really nice templates but the cost was quite high. I really wanted a monthly payment option, though. I found TemplateDrop.com for $9.95 a month and used coupon code TDROP1. I saved an additional 25% with the coupon. Webhosting was included as well, unlike DreamTemplate.
