ForeclosureFreeSearch.com is not, by any means, the most comprehensive foreclosure listings resource on the Web. What it does offer, however, is a simple and straightforward foreclosure search website and a few of the tools necessary to learn about foreclosure investments. We definitely recommend checking out the site's free webinars, if nothing else. - 7-Day Trial Offer
- Free Foreclosure Webinars
- Pre-Foreclosure Assistance
It was also nice to see that the company focuses not only on helping investors find foreclosure properties, but actually helps people facing foreclosure as well. If your home is at risk of being foreclosed, you can fill out a simple one-page form and have a specialist contact you with some ideas and advice. The site is also above par when it comes to customer support. Our experience with the company's customer service department was one of the best. Are there other sites with more tool and resources? Yes. But none were able to match ForeclosureFreeSearch's level of customer support. ForeclosureFreeSearch.com earns 5.5 Stars!

ForeclosureNet.net wasn't one of our favorite foreclosure websites. Sure, there was a free 7-day trial and an easy foreclosure listing search, but there were just too many affiliate links and lead generation forms disguised as "tools". When we tried using the home value "tool" we were taken to a form that we thought would provide us with an estimated home value, but it actually just provided our personal information to real estate and mortgage professionals interested in selling us their services. - Helpful Foreclosure Articles
- Interactive Mortgage Calculators
- Free Foreclosure Newsletter
The one good thing about ForeclosureNet.net is their pricing. They were $10 a month cheaper than the competition. If you are looking for a foreclosure site for the sole purpose of finding foreclosure listings and you don't mind navigating through affiliate links and other hassles, this is a site that can save you some money. Overall, we'd say that ForeclosureNet.net is great for those who are looking to spend as little as possible for a foreclosure search service. If, however, you're willing to pay $10 a month more there are definitely some better sites out there. They get 5.0 Stars!

If you're looking for a website that offers a wealth of free foreclosure listings tools and resources, then you definitely want to check out Foreclosures.com. The site treated us to a variety of tools including a foreclosure dictionary, access to state-specific foreclosure laws and dozens of articles on foreclosures and real estate investments in general. - Free Webinars
- Foreclosure Forecast Newsletter
- Foreclosure 101 Investing Information
The search also proved to be quite comprehensive, offering detailed information about each property found. To get the actual address, however, you must register for membership. The first 7 days are free, but it's going to cost you about $50 per month after that. Is it worth it? It depends. If you're serious about buying foreclosure properties this is definitely a site worth your consideration. If, however, you're not sure whether or not you really want to buy a foreclosure, just check out the site's free resources and decide on membership later. They earn 5.0 Stars!

ForeclosureListings.com definitely has potential. The question is, do you really want to pay up-front for a site with "potential" when you can get 7-day free trials to a number of other sites that already have everything you could need to begin your foreclosure investing endeavors. - 7-Day Trial for $3.95
- Free eBook with Membership
- Foreclosure Blog
That's right. Every foreclosure site we visited was offering a 7-day free trial – except for this one. ForeclosureListings.com requires you to pay for your 7-day trial (even if it is just $3.95) and they don't even have anything extra to offer. And don't expect customer support to make up for it the up-front fees, because the site was lacking in that area as well. While ForeclosureListings.com has the potential to be a valuable foreclosure listing resource, the market is just to tight with competition right now for them to truly shine. Other sites offer more features and 7 days of free access. You're probably better off going with one of them. We give them 4.5 Stars!
