Big Delay for order not recommended

I have used this service previously due to a gift card plus coupon I received from a friend. I order the items that were needed and the first thing that I noticed was the outragous shipping prices that this company charges. I still went ahead with ahead with the order knowing that these shipping charges were way to high. Then there was a delay in the order which after several calls to customer service, with several people that do not speak English was finally resolved by getting my money back. I would say that this company is definitely not recommended.
