Google news is great - it is an easy way to keep up to date with the happenings around the area, country or world. I also like having the mobile app on my blackberry, a nice quick way to check the news.

Google.com is great website for searching for the latest news. Because of the fact that they offer over 4,500 stories, you can find just about anything that is news related. The site is reliable and updated regularly, so you can trust that you are getting the latest news coverage. Overall, the site is extremely easy to search and navigate. But, I find the style of the site to be somewhat jumbled and disorganized. Other than that , it is a reliable source for news that I would recommend trying it . It is good site for searching for international or local news.

Google News collects all of the news from almost any news source you can imagine – CNN, ABC, NYT, all here on Google News. At first it can seem pretty overwhelming, but it’s Google: it’s not hard to search for stories and find what you’re looking for. I do not, however, suggest subscribing to the main RSS feed; your RSS reader will be shortly overwhelmed with a staggering number of stories, half of which will be repeats.
