The Hallmark Experience:
When we compared greeting cards online to the ones in the store, we found the selection limited. However, Hallmark has nearly as much online selection as many other online greeting card websites. They have a brand-new photo card feature, with tons of options for holidays and special occasions. You can even upload your own pictures into these fun, diverse online greeting cards.
Those that use the online greeting card service will find that they can personalize the card of their choice and have it sent out. Personalization includes a personal note inside the card, addressed as if the card is coming from your home. Users can also select the date, within 60 days, that the card will be sent.
Star Reviews did not like that it was somewhat difficult to find the online greeting cards section initially and it was easy to get misdirected into other areas. Items that look like they were categories for online greeting cards sometimes ended up being for a whole new product line instead. Also, previewing the personalized card may require some extra steps as they are sometimes blocked as pop ups by some users’ browsers.

Hallmark offers a variety of ways to get in touch with customer support. Users can email them from the Hallmark website or contact them at the provided phone number or mailing.
Upside:
Addresses for recipients can be automatically remembered in your address book. Shows the image of what stamp will be used on the card. Photo cards.
Downside:
Cannot make as many changes (such as font color) as you can at other online greeting sites. Cards that are oversized are not marked as such but they do require extra postage which you find out at the end of the order. Box cards cannot be personalized. No grammar or spell check, you are responsible for any user errors.

We have to give it to Hallmark-they know what they're doing when it comes to online greeting cards. Though their selection isn't as huge as other services out there, they have a brand-new 'Photo Card' section that sure blew us away!
