The worse CS ever

I'm trying to resolve my issues (they deleted my website for TOS violations and nobody can tell me what violation) and guess what, there is never a supervisor available to talk too.
I'm trying for a few days now to get a my issues solved but the first tier has no access to this info and the second tier is never available.
