BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Screwed up my order and shipped the wrong format, fullscreen as opposed to wide, DVD's. Asked for an exchange to correct the issue and was told it was my mistake. I showed them how they were wrong and I had ordered widescreen so they finally, 3 days later, said I could exchange 3 of the 4 but that last one was my fault. Not worth dealing with that kind of stupidity.
