We came across The Ladders and thought this unique site with extremely easy navigation deserved some recognition. The Ladders is truly an enigma, as it provides job listings for $100k plus career paths. For those of you who may be turned off at the sound of this, don't be. The website interface is easy to crawl through and is not at all standoffish. - Job search engine - Recruiters and hiring managers can view your resume and bio in extensive job-search databases, receiving matches for their job postings.
- More executive career positions than any other job search site on the Web.
Star Reviews feels job-hunters should take a chance with The Ladders, regardless of whether or not you think you want an executive position. There is a free, limited basic membership and a 4-week premium membership is $30, which is a little pricey, but well worth the vast array of listings available. While no telephone support is available, the live chat, FAQs database and email support functions made up for this, as they were all efficient and accomodating. For this reason, we had to award them the Most Popular spot with 5.5 Stars!

We found the College Recruiter website full of job search resources, although there were numerous links and a plethora of text, which cluttered it up a bit. Navigating the site itself proved to be a small challenge. Besides offering college alumni and job-seekers searches by industry, keyword and location, College Recruiter offers these key features: - Professional site email-Keep your job-related emails in their own place, without mixing personal email in.
- Personal Portfolio, Career Video podcasts, resume writing help, "Ask the Expert" and Career Blog.
Star Reviews liked that this job search engine was free to browse job listings, but the $15 for 6-months fee to post your resume in their databases was a pretty reasonable price. While no phone support is offered, email support was sufficient in answering our inquiry and a FAQs section is available if needed. We thought this site earned 5.0 Stars!

SnagAJob definitely impressed us with its niche-job database, as its job search engine is attuned to part-time and hourly employment positions. This job site recognizes the importance of finding work for those who aren't necessarily involved in corporate America, designing their website interface to reflect this. Searches are simple, straightforward and the layout is very user-friendly. - Various search mechanisms - Search by address, zip code, desired employer, or industry.
- Email job alerts, Google maps of local job openings, career-oriented articles and advice.
Overall, Star Reviews thought SnagAJob provided a comprehensive means for part-time or hourly workers to find the perfect position without driving 100 miles back and forth to work. There is no fee to search and receive open jobs by email or through the site, which is an added bonus for those that may not have brimming bank accounts. There is no FAQs section on this job search site, but an efficient telephone support line and speedy email response-time win major points from Star Reviews' team. We thought this site deserved 5.0 Stars!

Job Bank USA didn't jump out at us when we first landed on its job search site, but it did house a number of useful tools. Offering much more than stay-at-home positions, they provide potential employees with a large jobs database, advanced resume posting options and these resources: - Instantaneous cover letters
- Flexible Options - Skip the membership fees and go straight to the job search engine or sign up and receive expert advice, resume and cover letter help, and resume distribution.
We felt that Job Bank USA could use an easier sign-up process, as its site navigation was a little more difficult than a job search site's interface should have been. We loved the free access to the job search listings, but felt that $175 for one job posting was quite pricey. While telephone support was absent on this site, email support and the FAQs section were fairly efficient and comprehensive, answering many of our questions. We decided to give Job Bank USA 4.5 Stars!
