Not a fan of the new site and lack of database

don't like the new design and features annoying pop up scripting! Their database seems "fudged" double resume results, old resumes that aren't relevant, etc..

Great website! Convenient

I love this website for career searching. It is a very user-friendly website, so I had no problems creating an account. I posted my resume and had companies actually contact me! It was very easy to post my resume, I was done within just a couple of minutes. Once I had my resume uploaded, if I wanted to apply for a position it was basically just a click away. I also like that I get alerts on my cell phone. Every morning I get an e-mail sent to my phone that tells me new top jobs that I may be interested in. It also alerts me of any companies interested in hiring me.

Monster.com

I am currently unemployed so I use monster on a daily basis. Very cool service. Lots of job openings and very advanced search allowing you to narrow down your search by date openings posted, distance to work and job’s relevance. Allows you to build and store your resume and cover letter for a quick apply. What I really do like about this service is that it allows you to store your search and then you receive a daily e-mail with all new positions that had been opened for the past time. On the negative side I think there are too many employment agencies that position themselves as an employer.
