Star Reviews thought the Ditech mortgage refinance loan application was pretty easy to fill out, but certainly time consuming. You must first register with Ditech and then navigate through several pages in order to complete the application process. It is not a one-page application process, as with some of their competitors. But, we liked that they offer fixed rate mortgage refinance loans and EZ Loan interest-only options. Customer support by way of telephone wasn't pleasant here, as the reps we spoke with weren't very friendly. We were even 'disconnected' at one point, which left us a little perturbed. All in all, Ditech earned 4.5 Stars!

After receiving an error processing our online application form, we called the 1-800 customer support, which gave us a 'canned' response. It turns out that LowerMyBills hands your inquiry over to multiple lenders who call you. But, they don't offer lender reviews like some of their competiton does. Live chat support wouldn't connect and email support didn't respond to us. Needless to say, our experience here wasn't ideal. They get 3.5 Stars!
