SogoInvest is one of the only online stock trading services that offers fractional shares without charging a monthly subscription fee.

Having been established in November of 2006, SogoInvest is one of the newest online stock trading websites. They are, however, quickly becoming one of the most popular. With three different account levels to choose from and 90 days of $1 trades, it's not hard to see why so many brokerage account aficionados  are signing up at SogoInvest. This company takes pride in providing traders with a simple service with low costs. They strive to help customers build a diversified, long-term portfolio and cater to traders of all experience levels.

This website interface was by far one of our team’s favorites to navigate. The tabs at the top of their landing page were very resourceful, with links like ‘Account,’ ‘Trade,’ ‘Funds’, and ‘Research.’ We were pleasantly surprised to discover comprehensive dropdown menus with relevant links under each header. SogoInvest feature tours and comparison charts all made it easy to become familiar with site functions. We admired how uncluttered the site feel was and were fond of the ‘Today’s Market’ watch box, which you stock enthusiasts probably appreciate as well. Site pages load pretty quickly, but we had to double click on links and the pulldown menu for them to load.

We loved how simple the account sign-up process was on SogoInvest. In the right-hand column, we had the option to ‘Learn More’ and get assistance with the application process if we needed it. This stock trading application was by far the easiest and quickest to fill out, taking us a mere seven minutes to complete. The steps were all self-explanatory and after entering our personal information and choosing our features, we were on our way to trade some stocks!

The stock trading process on SogoInvest is pretty painless if we do say so ourselves. Traders are given the option of viewing symbols, quotes and real-time orders up front. You can manage your portfolios and accounts without any headaches, as well. If you should run into any problems, there are video demos and Help guidelines along the way, which should simplify the process.

We thought this online stock trading service’s customer support was really efficient and accommodating. SogoInvest offers customer support via FAQs database, feature tours, an online glossary, email support and a secure message center for registered account holders. The FAQs section was very comprehensive and we appreciated all of the information provided.

Support is also available via a toll-free phone number. When we contacted SogoInvest via the phone number provided, our call was answered quickly and we were provided with a fast and helpful response to our question. Email support was also prompt and courteous. Our email was returned within 1 business day with a friendly and informative answer. Their customer support should really be applauded.
