This is how its done. I placed an order at Teleflora.com. My experience with teleflora. I ordered flowers on April 7, 2009 to be deliver on Friday 4/10/2009, just to avoid the busy easter weekend. This delivery was going to an other state and I was going to stay the weekend there. I arrived Friday evening from the airport arround 7 pm and no flowers were delivered or any call or email telling me why they had not delivered my order.
I was kinda embarresed because I came empty handed and called customer service that evening at 10:30pm
Teleflora promised to refund me 100% and to deliver an arrangement on Saturday 4/11/09 but this did not happen
Saterday 4/11/09 afternoon 2 pm and no delivery from Teleflora, called their customer service again.
They told me they sent me an email to my registered email account they had in their database.
With customer service on the phone I found the email from 1:30 pm email that I needed to change to an different arrangement, local flower store did not have tulips, No call just this email and only found out after calling Teleflora custmer service.
customer service appoligized and could not arrange an delivery for saturday anymore (it was 2:30pm, why not it only takes an phone call)
After changing the arrangement to the victorian flower arrangement I asked them to send it to my girlfriends work address on Monday arround 2pm
4/13/09 Monday no delivery at her work address, great, I was embarrassed and frustrated because if I had know this I would have picked up flowers on Friday and not have to spend my time getting flowers delivered

Called customer service and cancelled order and just wanted my money back due to poor service and customer care that were not able to get flowers delivered on Easter
4/15/09 Still no refund of my money
Not even flowers for your enemies.

I recently sent a floral gift (April 2009) as a thank you using Teleflora and was disgusted by what was delivered. The actual flowers received were a shameful version of the flowers pictured on their site. I ordered the Sunrise Sunset, but it arrived with NO roses though they are pictured and stated in the description. I also upgraded to the Deluxe and it wasn't upgraded at all, it actually contained less flowers than the posted image on their site. A supermarket bouquet would have been greatly superior, not to mention $50 LESS.
When I saw what was received I called to complain and eventually was offered a few dollars discount off my credit card charge. Terrible customer service. A total waste of money and an embarrassing gift. Avoid!

I will never order anything from this website again. This was my first experience ordering flowers online and I chose Teleflora (mainly because they were only one of two sites that had a pink vase, I know weird) to deliver a bouquet of flowers to my wife at her work for our 2nd anniversary. I also ordered 2 mylar balloons, one to say 'happy anniversary' and the other to say 'I love you', however my wife received 1 balloon that said 'I love you' and one that said 'happy birthday'. For real. So I called Teleflora very upset but calm, and got a very nice young lady who first offered me my money back, which I refused, I told her I wanted the issue fixed so she aptly put me on hold and contacted the local florist and arranged for another delivery of the correct balloons and an apology letter. I agreed to this and ended the call. Immediately afterwards it occurred to me they should send an additional rose with the apology letter, so I called back...and apparently they outsource some calls (no surprise) because I literally called 14 times in a row getting someone in India each time with the name 'julie' or 'anna' or 'josh' who didn't understand anything I was telling them and all said they were not able to call the florist directly (they said they had to contact a 'research department') when I knew the people in America could because they already had (i've been in the call center business and know a little bit how it works). So finally on the fifteenth call I got an American who, after a quick briefing, immediately called the local florist and got right back to me. Unfortunately the florist had already dispatched the driver with the balloons/letter (about 10 min prior, which was considerably less time than I had spent trying to get someone who could help me); I will never order anything from this website again.
