The Ladders

I have to agree with the others here. Their resume writing service is completely over priced. My format was heavily critiqued, but it is very similar to many other formats that are considered appealing and engaging, so...I am on several job search sites and The Ladders costs the most and delivers the least bang for the buck of all of them. They do not have exclusive jobs and no recruiter has contacted me from their site. They have contacted me from CareerBuilder and LinkedIn and others. Save your money.
Worthless sham

If it was up to me, I would even take away the 'one-star' rating I gave them. As mentioned earlier by others, they do not have any exclusive jobs, the recruiters do not have time to contact you and resume writing service is a sham - overly priced. It has no exclusive job postings, rather much is feeding in from sites like Monster, Hotjobs and CareerBuilder. If you are looking for the daily emails, sign up at Job-Fox. If you looking for recuiters to respond, sign up at LinkedIn.
Further, I signed up for one month membership. It appears that they continued charge me without my consent. I was billed for months where I was no longer their member and had requested them to stop contacting me. Still, they continue to charge you whether you use their service or not.
DO NOT USE LADDERS - Pls

It is the biggest Scam out there. They do not have any exclusive jobs, no recruiters contact you or even bother to post jobs on the ladders. Whats is available at the ladders can easily be found on Indeed, Monster etc.
Regarding the resume critique, there are plenty of other websites that offer that service for free. theLadders has set response that they mail you, with little or no input from the reviewer itself.
Stay away from it, do not, please do not waste your money on this.
