I was a member of wanted list for over a year. The site was great in the begining but later on it took for ever for them to post a returned DVD and also same to mail another one back, I think at the end the cycle took about two weeks or even more. The worst part of my rental was that I tried to cancel and then found out that there was no number to call, there was a cancellation tab on managing the account but it would not work. I finally had to call my credit card company to refuse to pay after numerous emails and then they still kept on billing me for up to 5 months. they sent me one dvd a month after I had tried to cancell and bill me for an 8 dvd plan
