Disappointing Policies

Zazzle does not allow the following:
No text or images that infringe on any intellectual property rights including, but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and rights of privacy/publicity
No text or images of obscenity, pornography or nudity that is not artistic in nature
No text or images that encourages or glorifies drug use/abuse
No excessive violence
No content that is libelous or defamatory
No content that can reasonably be viewed as harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful
No hate speech
No content that can reasonably be viewed as discriminatory based upon race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, or disability
No content that violates or encourages anyone else to violate any law
No text or images that may be considered offensive or be controversial to others in any manner
No sexual connotations
No images or references of illegal drugs
No names of politicians or political statements
No business advertising
No company names, school names, or sports teams, trademarks, slogans or tag lines
No events other than those with a family name incorporated (“Johnson Family Reunion”)
No text or images that may place the brand or any of its affiliates in a negative light or which the brand does not wish to have placed on its products
Most of that is reasonable, but indeed they can (and will) reject your design for any reason at all, even if it falls under the "fair use" act of copyrighted material. If you wanted an Obama shirt, forget it. If you wanted a shirt with your company logo or name on it, forget it, events, names, slogans, sports teams? It's all out. What does that leave?

Clothes galore

Zazzle has a huge collection of goods, I think that's the best way of putting it. T-shirt design websites are about a dime-a-dozen these days however, each with their own "hip" designs and such. What really sets Zazzle apart though is the fact that they went well beyond merely t-shirts and clothing. They offer printing on pretty much any surface you can imagine.. mouse pads, shoes, skateboard decks, ties and a lot more. To make it even better, you aren't held to their specific designs. The ability to upload your own images to be printed onto whatever you want is awesome. Really makes good gift possibilities too.

Zazzle Rocks

I am a member of Zazzle. I enjoyed seeing my ideas come to life in front of me. Knowing that I was cable of designing my own items was awesome. I enjoy the fact that I can make me creations available for my friend to see. I have created mugs, hats, t-shirts, and aprons. I do wish that Zazzle would make the categories a little more easier to put your creations in. The categories are a little to broad and it makes the uses experience more difficult when categorizing their items. They let you get a peice of the action.
