I recently downloaded the Safari 4 Beta from Apple and I have to say I am really enjoying the browser. In fact, I am using it more than Firefox.

Top Sites is a really cool feature that shows screenshots (with a really cool effect) of your top sites. Safari automatically figures out your top sites to display or you can customize what and how many appear. This makes it super easy to quickly browse to your most frequented destinations.
Safari 4 presents your history and bookmarks to you in Apple's Cover Flow format. You see a full screenshot of each site, making it super easy to quckly browse through your history and bookmarks and find what you are looking for. Even cooler is that the cover flow shows you a screenshot of the site as you visited it. So if you are trying to find something you looked at a few days ago, you can just browse to it in Cover Flow and see the page as you saw it!
Their new "Nitro" engine claims to be the fasted on the web and outperform all other browsers. I have't done any true testing, but I have to say that I think it is faster than Firefox.
From a UI perspective, the tabs in Safari open on the top of the browser. This is a nice implementaion of the tabs as they don't take up space and move the page around at all. The browser's zoom feature is also very nice. When you zoom in all text and images appear extermely crisp.
If you haven't tried it out yet, I suggest you download Safari 4 Beta and give it a test drive. I would love to hear your comments on it and see if you like it as much as I do.
