Most online photo printing websites like Kodak  studio, Snapfish, Shutterfly, Walmart photo and Walgreens photo do these and can have them ready in as little as a few hours. E-cards
For those who are tech savvy, e-cards have become the wave of the future. They are free, you can design them any way you want and even send out multiple version to different people or updated photos each week if you really wanted to.
