Leg Magic Exercise Machine Review
The Leg Magic Exercise Machine is indeed one of those units you see on late night infomercials. However as a skeptical fitness consumer I can confidently tell you this one does work, for the very specific areas it targets, and that’s it. Literally. Leg Magic is a one piece exercise machine that has two sliding foot pedals which move side to side on a rolling like bar and a straight stick in the middle with handlebars that the user can hold onto. It’s very basic in design and is meant to force a person to use their body weight and gravity to push the foot platforms outward and inward so the inner and outer thighs are worked. This all works just fine but the problem is that is the only movement it does.
The package comes with an instructional DVD in which a fitness instructor shows you exercises you can do and talks you through it so you can pull out your machine and follow along. The workouts are relatively short and easy to do which is nice but you just don’t work very many muscles so you’re essentially doing just as much as you normally would at say the gym for that target section.
| The benefits are The Leg Exercise Machine makes it easy to work your inner and outer thighs, an area that troubles lots of people and can be difficult or tiring to work with traditional exercises. The machine is also very easy to use and set up. Weighing 22 pounds it folds into one short piece that can be slipped under a bed, placed in a closet, kept at the office or even put in the back seat or trunk of a vehicle. With continued use of doing five 60 second repetitions each day you should see results in a couple weeks. You’ll definitely feel them much sooner though. In fact you may find it difficult to make it all the way through a workout at first but with continued efforts you’ll increase your interior muscle strength and be able to do more each time. |

So is
The Leg Exercise Machine worth the time and money? Well, that’s a matter or opinion. Here’s the thing, it costs almost a hundred bucks and only works two small sections of your body. If these are your problem areas and you are desperate for an easy and relatively fast solution then this investment may be worth it for you. If not then you’re probably better off doing some good old hard work and running those stairs like Rocky or doing a million squats and other exercises each day.
