We found the
Netflix website very easy to use, the pricing very competitive and the selection of titles is great. While the customer service number proved to be a bit hard to find, once we got a hold of the company they were very pleasant to deal with and we experienced almost no hold time at all.
Netflix's pricing is right in line with the competition, and when you consider the selection is bigger and customer service seems to be better, Netflix may indeed be a company that gives you more for your money.
Overall, we'd have to say that not only did Netflix pave the way for the online DVD rental industry, but they still lead the pack today.
