Template Monster also gives you the option of searching all of their products by category, style, template number, price range, or product identification. If you are not sure where to go, there is a convenient site map button at the top of the page. The site is detailed with clearly marked headings, and the links on this page will likely take you where you want to go.
As far as variety, Template Monster offers a wide range of website templates catering to a diverse set of business needs. They have corporate styles, artwork, grunge, collage, minimalist, cartoon, futuristic and much more. Simply do a quick search, and you will be able to find a theme that works for you.
The ordering process for packages and services is also user-friendly. Before buying a template you can actually download a free sample of the template product that interests you. You can also choose the option to customize a specific template by adding an element, or making a few minor changes.
We also really like the fact that Template Monster offers a "unique price" option that you can pay if you do not want Template Monster to resell the template you purchase to any other customer. On this page you can find Live Support Chat to get immediate answers to your questions, 24 hours a day 7 day a week. There is also an online help center with various articles and recommendations on using their website templates. These articles and tips are typically based on the most popular questions that customers have asked.
Template Monster also offers two different FAQ sections. One for general questions, and the other for licensing questions. Both pages do have an extensive list of answers that customers will likely find useful. They also have pages devoted to the explanation of their terms of use, refund policies, and privacy policies.
And as if that weren't enough, Template Monster also offers free online tutorials and guides to walk you through their products and services along with a “submit a ticket” support option. Phone and email support are also available, and we found both to be timely and helpful. Overall, Template Monster is definitely on the ball when it comes to customer service.
Upside:
Quality templates, great customer service, "wish box" feature to request a template you can't find.
Downside:
We are hard pressed to find a down side. If anything, their site just contains so much needed information about their products, that it does take a fair amount of time to get through it all. Minimizing on some of the links might be worthwhile, but not at the sacrifice of the great products and services they inform you about.
